She started playing from the early stages for Marquette University and earned the name of the Big East All-Freshman Team during her freshman year. Natisha completed her career with Marquette while being the all-time leading scorer with just 27 points and was named the first Marquette University player to reach 300 three-pointers, along with sixth on Marquette University’s all-time assist table.

Natisha was drafted in the 18th overall pick of the 2019 WNBA Draft by the Minnesota Lynx. because her rights were being drafted for the Connecticut Sun in exchange for Lexie Brown, her was waived by the Sun. The following year, on June 19, 2019, she was signed to the Atlanta Dream as a EuroBasket replacement for Alex Bentley, but Hiedeman did not play for the team until Alex Bentley had other plans to return to the team.
