Rahel Solomon was born on 4th October 1998 in Sudan and given the honor to be named the Colorado Association of Black Journalists’ Broadcast Journalist of the Year in 2015. Solomon is a graduate student of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and has received her master’s degree in science in broadcast journalism. She has received her honors from St. John’s University with the major subject of finance and a bachelor of science degree.
