According to the affidavit, the two United States deputy marshals saw a person dressed in black, coming out of the taxi with a backpack and a briefcase. He was found getting out of the taxi outside Judge Kavanaugh’s house. It was around 1:05 am on the date of June 8, 2022, when the suspect was doing his actions. The suspect Roske was arrested after saying he wanted to give his life purpose and he decided to kill the Supreme Court judge after finding his address on the internet. The affidavit also alleges that suspect Roske got out of the taxi in front of Judge Kavanaugh’s residence, looked at the Marshals standing next to the parked vehicle, and then began to walk down the street.
