Dylan Delucia was born on August 1, 2000 to his loving parents. His mother, Larry, and father, Nicole DeLucia, raised him and spent most of his childhood in Port Orange, Florida, with his four brothers. Dylan completed his high school education at New Smyrna Beach High School in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Later, to continue his studies and secure his future, he enrolled at Northwest Florida State College in Niceville, Florida. In the fall of 2019, he enrolled at the College of Charleston.

He was named to the second and first all-state teams respectively. The baseball pitcher made 16 starts in 14 appearances as a rookie and finished 9-2. In 87.0 innings, he had a 2.48 ERA and struckout 119.
